You can reschedule your pet’s appointment at no additional charge. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in loss of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book your next visit.
Can you treat aggressive or fearful pets?
Yes, we can still provide care for pets that are aggressive, anxious, or fearful. In some cases, sedation may be required to safely complete exams or procedures.
