A $100 deposit will be added to your scheduled service.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If your pet is in need of more intensive care, they will be referred to the appropriate hospitals for their needs.


  • There is no fee to reschedule your appointment. If you choose to cancel the appointment all together outside of the 24 hour window of your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you choose to cancel within this 24 hour window, you forfeit the deposit and have to pay an additional deposit when scheduling the next appointment. 

  • Yes they can, but for your pet’s safety and our staff’s, sedation may be required for the exam and procedures to be done. Please call if you have further questions. 

  • We service the Atlanta/metro-Atlanta area. Please call for more detailed information regarding travel fees.


  • Same-day appointments can be made by phone call only, however, we cannot guarantee there will be availability for your pet to be seen. 

  • There are not many things you need to do, but here are a few simple things that will make your experience smoother: 

    1. Fill out the pre-visit paperwork 

    2. Select an area in your home/barn in which you would like your pet to be seen. 

    3. Be at home and ready for your appointment. 

  • Standard appointment time is 1 hour, however, we understand that sometimes more time is needed for the best care and so longer appointments may occur depending on the animal. 


  • Yes. We offer discounts for households with more than one pet. Please call for more details. 


  • Yes. Being with a stranger can be a stressful thing for an animal, so it is important that you are present at the visit to make everything as comfortable as possible.
